Women who want to become mentees with a migration background and mentors with or without a migration background are welcome for this program! Job coach and volunteer coordinator Joanna Litwin-Körner will introduce us to the project. In the program, professional perspectives are developed together that are adapted to your own qualifications and life situation. There will also be space for intercultural exchange, inspiration and networking.
