As part of their Richard Strauss Weeks (which also include the production of “Frau ohne Schatten” presented by SIEGESSÄULE), the young star conductor Lorenzo Viotti is coming to Berlin. With “Also sprach Zarathustra” and the “Four Last Songs”, he presents some of the greatest hits of the classical repertoire. Plus “Till Eulenspiegel's Merry Pranks”. It will be interesting to see whether this is a trial conducting for the vacant GMD position.
