The Berliner Musikfreunde Orchestra - the city's oldest amateur orchestra, founded in 1866 - plays the 5th Symphony in E minor by Pyotr Tchaikovsky - with the famous "Fate Theme" under the direction of Yukari Ishimoto. Before, the orchestra “medicanti” under Wolfgang Behrend plays the 8th Symphony by Antonín Dvořák.
