Turkey’s first queer film festival, the Pembe Hayat KuirFest, has a Berlin spin-off that starts today with a screening at bi’bak. Later, the big opening party will gather DJs and performers from Turkey, including Korospular, a queer choir from Istanbul, and locally based pop act Gazino Neukölln (pictured). More on p. 50.
